Delivery deadlines:

Our delivery deadlines are given as a rough guide and can give rise on no account to compensations.

- For all available products in our stock : 2 working days at the address indicated during your order, in Belgium, as from the recording of your order.

- For all products which have to be ordered in factory, an extension of 10 working days is necessary.

- For delivery addresses out of Belgium, please note the following deadlines :

               10 working days for CEE countries

               15 working days for all other countries out of CEE.

The expenses of sending amount to 13,80 euros.

Other countries of Europe :

The expenses of sending amount to 20,60 euros.

The expenses of sending amount to 20,60 euros.

USA :

The expenses of sending amount to 20,60 euros.

Other countries :

The expenses of sending amount to 27,50 euros.

Guarantees:

- In case of delay of delivery, you will be warned by e-mail and it will be possible to you to cancel your order within 8 days.

- You have 14 days to send back your product in its original packing. Beyond this deadline, we cannot accept the forwarding. Also, if the product is incomplete, damaged, dirty, it will be neither taken back nor paid off.

- No cash on delivery will be accepted whatever the reason.
